Antagonist Theatre is an organization of thought, word, and hope in the light of shedding some. AT believes that without freedom there can be no art and without art, there is no freedom. Our philosophers are of anyone in the world, our thoughts bred from streetcorners, protesters, politicians, dead french men, laundromats, cafes, coffee shops, school play grounds, fire stations, bakeries, dictionaries, thesauruses, rhyming dictionaries, apartment buildings, tackboards at the grocery, soapbox preachers, unlikely saints, Jesus, Buddha, Gollum, Chuck Palahniuk, parents, teachers...

...even your own lips or fingertips.

Point being, AT is theatre based and rising. Through your eyes, through your ears, through your tongue.

Gaining both knowledge and happiness are the focuses of life. Without an antagonist to drive along the action, thought would cease.
